Biography

Valerie is the owner of Odyssey Travel and has been a travel agent for 35 years. Her highest priority is the individual attention to her clients' needs. She wants her clients to have terrific experiences and enjoy traveling the world as much as she does. Valerie knew when she was in high school that she wanted to be in the travel industry and that desire has never dimmed. She has been to six of the seven continents. The seventh one, Antarctica, is upcoming on her list. She loves exploring new places and learning so she can use that knowledge to assist her clients. When she visits a resort, she makes it a point to appraise their facilities, accommodations, amenities, and services. This allows her to truly be able to give a personal recommendation to her clients and to match their preferences to specific properties. As a result, she has a base of clientele who return to her agency again and again for their travel need. Whatever your travel needs entail, Valerie will make sure that every detail is taken care of and she will be with you every step of the way.

We had a great trip to Cozumel and the stay at the Occidental Resort! Rooms, Staff, Beach, all outstanding. It seems that they have improved their game in the food department from the last time we were there. The total score for me was 4 stars and for the money, a great value. Aruba was great! Enjoyed the Riu. The resort and food were great! The weather was amazing. We left the resort almost every day and got to see Aruba! Just thought I would let you know that our trip to Antigua was fantastic!! Galley Bay Resort was beyond expectations and everything was top notch!! Some of the specialties were the fresh cut flowers the staff decorated a gazebo with so our daughter's boyfriend could propose and the night the cooks prepared the fish we caught earlier in the day!
